1. Service Overview

Aremgym provides specialized financial consulting services focused on auditing and optimizing the profitability of adult wellness and recreation centers. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Operational management courses.
• Development of fixed cost reduction strategies.
• Planning investments in sports infrastructure.
• Financial performance analysis and business plan development.

All services are provided on a contractual basis, and specific details (scope, duration, fees) will be established in a separate agreement.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Aremgym's Obligations:

• Providing professional services with diligence and as agreed.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of the client's financial and operational information.
• Clear and transparent communication of findings, analyses, and recommendations.

Client's Obligations:

• Providing complete, accurate, and timely financial, accounting, and operational information.
• Payment of agreed fees according to the terms established in the contract.
• Active collaboration in implementing the proposed recommendations and strategies.

3. Limitation of Liability

Aremgym's services are advisory in nature. The client assumes full responsibility for final business decisions made based on the recommendations received. Aremgym assumes no liability for:

• Financial or commercial results not achieved by the client.
• Indirect, consequential, or business losses or damages.
• Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client, which affects the analysis and recommendations.

Aremgym's total liability is limited to the value of the fees paid by the client for the specific services that caused the potential harm.

4. Payment and Refund Terms

Payment terms (amount, deadlines, methods) are established in the individual contract. Generally:

• Payments are made according to issued invoices.
• Services that have commenced are not eligible for a full refund.
• Any refund request for services not commenced will be reviewed individually and may be subject to administrative fees.

5. Termination of Service Use

Either party may terminate the collaboration by written notice, respecting the notice period stipulated in the contract. Aremgym reserves the right to suspend or immediately terminate service provision in the event of:

• Non-payment of invoices on time.
• Intentional provision of false information by the client.
• Violation of other essential clauses of the contract.

6. Modification of Terms

Aremgym reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. The updated version will be published on the website aremgym.com. Continued use of the services after the modifications are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
